Before entering the meeting room, all participants including supporting crews must have a negative COVID test
• Self-tests Antigen are valid for 24 hours or check in Peduli Lindungi Application
• Committee provides free Antigen tests carried out by an authorised body at the venue
• If one found positive, he or she will not be allowed to join the meeting.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellations and requests for refund must be in writing and received by the Conference Secretariat not later than 16 June 2022 . A handling fee of IDR 500.000,-  will be deducted from each cancelled registration. Any refund shall be processed after the meeting.

Please note that registration is not complete until full payment is received. The early bird tier rates will not apply if you did not complete your registration with payment by the respective deadlines.
